Northern Nevada College Visit Trip

Attention all new and returning Nevada State High School students! Join us in July as we travel to Davis, CA. We’re taking a trip to tour University of California, Davis. We’ll be led through campus and provided an overview of UC Davis, including the academic strengths, student services and student research/internship opportunities. Afterwards, we will spend the rest of the day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom!
For $120, you’ll get transportation via a passenger van, the aforementioned tour of University of California, Davis, and a ticket to enter Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. You’ll also receive two (2) social points to get a head start on the school year! Remember, first-year students need 10 social points for the fall semester, so this is a great opportunity to earn points early on — and to get to know your classmates before the Introduction to College course. Returning students, this is an easy way for you to start fulfilling your social point requirements for the year as well.
New students must have a completed CAP form and an updated transcript in order to attend. Returning students must either have a green or yellow scorecard. If have a red scorecard, you may petition for an exemption to attend this trip with your site administrator. Please contact your campus, if you have any questions regarding your eligibility.
Space on the van is limited, so purchase your ticket today! In order to reserve your spot on the bus, you must upload completed copies of the Student/Parent/School Contract, Parental Consent Form, and Overnight Field Trip Behavioral Contract and submit payment below. You can upload the documents as PDFs or as images. You must submit the documents before you pay. The deadline to do so is July 15. If you have any questions about the trip, please submit a help ticket.
